Bryan Johnson, the prominent American entrepreneur known for his age-defying venture "Project Blueprint," recently made headlines after incorporating garam masala, the renowned Indian spice blend, into his meticulously curated diet.

Johnson, who is highly focused on personal longevity, has been famed for his rigorous lifestyle, which includes a strict plant-based diet, diligent exercise, and numerous experimental anti-aging treatments.

In a recent post on X, Johnson shared his upcoming dietary plan, detailing meals like a Blueprint Superfood Smoothie, Butternut Squash Soup infused with Roasted Apples and Carrots, and a Black Bean and Mushroom Bowl served with Chickpea Rice.

Notably, the butternut squash soup is elevated with a hint of garam masala, adding a layer of warmth and flavor typical of Indian cuisine.

Johnson has previously expressed his admiration for Indian food, once quipping that cultural power is shifting from traditional American staples like football and fast food to "health, science, and Indian food." Nonetheless, during his December trip to Mumbai and Bengaluru, Johnson opted to bring all his meals for the six-day visit, adhering strictly to his Blueprint diet. Among the items packed were longevity mixes, macadamia nut bars, lentils, pea soup, and matcha, reflecting his mantra that "food is guilty until proven innocent."

His comprehensive anti-aging regimen involves not only a plant-based diet but also intermittent fasting, with all meals consumed within a 6-8 hour window. This disciplined approach to health and well-being is a cornerstone of Johnson's bid to push the boundaries of human aging.
