Israel intensified airstrikes in Lebanon after Hezbollah fired precision missiles. 5 UN peacekeepers were injured in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon. Peacekeepers wounded after IDF hit a car near an army checkpoint in Sidon.

Lebanese Army said 3 civilians were killed and 3 soldiers injured in the attack. 5 troops of UNIFIL's Malaysian contingent sustained injuries in attack: Lebanese army.

Malaysian Defence Ministry puts number of wounded peacekeepers at six. Bus carrying UNIFIL's Malaysian contingent damaged in IDF attack. Lebanon's foreign ministry accused Israel of repeatedly targeting UNIFIL forces.

Lebanon's foreign ministry said IDF intentionally targeting army personnel and civilians. Lebanese Civil Defense said it received 30 bodies after IDF struck Sidon on Nov 7. Israel yet to comment on fresh airstrike that hit UN peacekeepers.

US Secretary State Antony Blinken said the Biden admin is working on peace deal.

"Continue to pursue an end to the war in Gaza and in Lebanon before handing over to the administration of President-elect Donald Trump in January," Antony Blinken, US Secretary State said.
