In a heartbreaking ceremony, parents of a 10-year-old girl suffering from cancer fulfilled her dying wish by marrying her off to her childhood sweetheart in the USA.
According to the New York Post, Emma Edwards and her friend Daniel Marshall Christopher tied the knot 12 days--on June 29 before Emma passed away.
The garden ceremony was attended by 100 guests.
According to the news outlet Emma was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in April 2022. Initially, the doctors asserted that it was common in kids but curable. However, they were informed in June that Emma did not have much time-- days to week at most.
The family decided to fulfil their daughter's dream of getting married.
