Will 'test' NYAY in Kerala if voted to power: Rahul Gandhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who has been pushing for Nyuntam Aay Yojana or NYAY, on Tuesday said his party will 'test' the minimum income guarantee scheme if voted to power in Kerala.   

He also said, his govt will hike the welfare pension to Rs 3,000 and also increase the MSP for rubber, paddy and coconut. 

The Congress leader, who addressed rallies in Ernakulam and Alappuzha, also criticised the Centre over the fuel price hike and its economic policies.
