One of the most iconic landscapes in New York City might lose its allure soon, thanks to residential constructions. Instagram-famous view of the Empire State Building visible from behind the Manhattan Bridge is a hit on social media with tourists and bloggers alike. But a new project that was questioned by the Municipal Art Society in a letter to the Mayor's Office will obstruct the view permanently.
