The pursuit of happiness, peace, and personal growth is leading Indians on the path to meditation and not stress, as many might believe.

A recent survey by mindfulness and meditation app ThinkRight.me finds that peace and happiness tops the chart as the main goal across all age groups remaining as high as 49 per cent in the 36-45-year-old cohort.

Interestingly, among Delhiites, the top reason to meditate is better sleep and stress management while Pune and Bengaluru residents rate peace and happiness on top.
