Whale shark washed ashore in Mangaluru, post-mortem to be done

A huge 4.3 metre-whale shark washed ashore at Mukka beach in Suratkal on Sunday. A post-mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death. Officials say the shark might have deviated from its migratory route, and washed ashore in the shallow waters of the area.
