Besan Chilla

The classic gram flour chilla can be made by mixing besan with water and chopped vegetables to form a smooth batter.

Moong Dal Chilla

Soak split moong dal for a few hours and then blend it into a smooth batter. Add grated vegetables & cook on a skillet until crisp.

Oats Chilla

Mix powdered oats with water to make a batter. Add chopped spinach, onions or panee along with spices of your choice.

Rava Chilla

Prepare a batter using sooji/rava mixed with yogurt, water, and finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, tomatoes, and onions.

Multigrain Chilla

Combine besan with other flours like ragi, bajra, and wheat flour in equal proportions. Add chopped vegetables, spices, and make a batter.

Spinach Chilla

Blend spinach leaves with besan and water to form a smooth batter. Mix in chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. Cook like regular chillas.
