Cleansing

Use a gentle cleanser twice a day to remove dirt, sweat, and pollutants. Opt for a cleanser that suits your skin type

Exfoliation

Regular exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells that can accumulate due to increased humidity. Use a mild exfoliator 1-2 times a week

Stay hydrated

Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated. Monsoon weather can be deceptively drying due to humidity and sun exposure.

Lightweight moisturiser

Switch to lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers that provide hydration without clogging pores.

Use sunscreen

Don't skip sunscreen! Even on cloudy days, UV rays can penetrate and cause damage. Opt for a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher

Control oiliness

If you have oily skin, use oil-control products like mattifying toners or blotting papers to manage excess shine.

Diet rich in antioxidants

Eat foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. These nutrients help combat free radicals

Manage humidity

Use products with ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin to lock in moisture without feeling heavy.
