Tulsi stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, promoting hair growth. Massaging tulsi oil into the scalp can improve circulation and nourish roots.
Take fresh tulsi leaves, some coconut or olive oil and a clean and dry glass jar which has an airtight lid to begin with.
Clean the leaves properly and dry them so that they are not moist and free from any contamination.
Fill the glass container with the dried tulsi leaves. Lightly bruise or crush them to release their fragrant oils. The leaves should fill the jar.
Add the oil to the tulsi leaves and cover them fully with the carrier oil you use. The oil will gradually draw the useful components from the leaves.
Keep the jar in an area with direct sunshine for around 2-3 weeks. Let the tulsi leaves steep in the oil. Gently shake the jar once in a while.
After this, strain the oil into a clean, dry container. Press the tulsi leaves to take out extra residual oil from them. Store the oil in a cool place
