Mumbai police filed an FIR against MD of JSW Group Sajjan Jindal of sexually abusing a 30-year-old woman.
Complainant met Jindal in October 2021 and claimed to be assaulted at the accused's office in BKC on January 24, 2022.
She has also accused the police of not registering her case until she approached the Bombay High Court on Dec 5.
FIR says she was approached by people representing Jindal who urged her to settle the matter and withdraw her complaint.
