In a horrific scene witnessed on a Delhi street, an on-duty traffic police personnel was dragged on the bonnet of a car for a few metres after he attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic rule violation. The CCTV footage from the Dhaula Kuan area of the Capital shared by news agency ANI showed the cop falling off the car bonnet in the middle of the busy road. The incident happened on Monday and the car driver was later held.
