RJD MLA Mukesh Raushan arrived at the Legislative Assembly with a stethoscope and a BP machine in order to check the blood pressure of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
'These days Nitish Kumar is losing his cool quite frequently. Since he is the chief minister as well as our guardian, he should not get angry at this age. So, I decided to bring along the BP machine to check his blood pressure, if he permits me to do so,' said Dr Mukesh, the RJD MLA from Mahua in the Vaishali district.

Earlier on Monday, Nitish lost his cool after RJD MLC Subodh Rai interrupted Rural Development Minister Jayant Raj during a question hour session. He had asked Rai to sit down and not interrupt anyone until the question and supplementary questions of a legislator were completed.
