Jeff Bezos has completed a historic flight to the edge of space in his space company's first crewed flight.
The Blue Origin and Amazon founder was accompanied by his brother Mark, Oliver Daemen, an 18-year-old from the Netherlands and Wally Funk, an 82-year-old female aviation pioneer from Texas.
The space capsule flew beyond Karmen Line, the internationally recognised boundary of space which is 100 km above ground before returning to Earth. The crew experienced a few minutes of weightlessness during their flight
The 4-member crew was greeted with loud cheers and hugs on their triumphant return to Earth. Bezos has become the second billionaire to ride his own rocket to space after Virgin Galactic's Richard Branson.
