Watch: Collision between Russian vessel and Ukrainian tug

Russia's Federal Security Service has released video footage which purportedly shows the collision between the Russian coast guard and Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait on Sunday. Russia said the three Ukrainian vessels made an unauthorised passage through Russian territorial waters, while Ukrainian authorities maintain said they had given advance notice to the Russians.
