An African man’s soulful rendition of Rabindranath Tagore’s Bengali song Mayabono Biharini has surfaced on social media and has swiftly gone viral. Facebook user Ashis Sanyal posted a short clip featuring singer Giyata.
In the video, Giyata introduced himself and praised the legendary novelist-musician before singing Mayabono Biharini.
He thanked his teacher for teaching him the song and went on to say how it is a song on love.
