Volkswagen 5 Lakh Exports

Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Limited has exported five lakh made-in-India cars to the world. The automaker recently crossed the export milestone with the cars being shipped from the Mumbai port. The Volkswagen Group exports both left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive vehicles to a number of markets that are manufactured at its facility in Pune. The latest batch is on its way to Mexico from the Mumbai port. The fifth lakh car to be exported is a left-hand drive Volkswagen Vento and has been sent as a part of a shipment of 982 cars. The automaker has exported 25,000 cars in 2020 so far.
