Despite 'stay home' warnings from Washington D.C. officials, people flocked to the nation's capital to catch a glimpse of the blossoming cherry trees.
This is the second time in a row that the National Cherry Blossom Festival is discouraging people from coming to see the event in-person.
Instead, it is pushing people to take part in virtual activities amid the Covid-19 pandemic. While some people were seen with face masks, others were seen flouting the norms.
