Vanuatu tribe who hailed Prince Philip as a god will mark his death with rituals

The passing of UK's Prince Philip has seen a lot of tributes from across the world but no one is perhaps mourning more than a tribe in Melanesia's Vanuatu. 

The tribe which regarded Prince Philip as a god will mourn his death with ritual wailing and ceremonial dancing, according to experts.

The tribe revered Philip and believed him to be a reincarnation of an ancient warrior who left the island to fight a war. 

According to the tribe's beliefs, the spirit of Prince Philip would never die.
