After taking over the investigation in the accident that left Unnao rape survivor critically injured, the CBI has registered a case against suspended BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. The central agency has also booked 10 others in the accident case. Besides these, the CBI has also registered a case against 20 unknown persons under criminal conspiracy, murder, attempt to murder & criminal intimidation.
