Unconstitutional: Mamata to protest EC campaign ban in Kolkata

West Bengal Chief Minister on Monday said that she will sit on a dharna on Tuesday to protest the 24-hour campaign ban imposed on her by the Election Commission.

In a tweet, the Trinamool Congress chief said she would protest the undemocratic and unconstitutional decision of the poll panel and will sit on a dharna at Gandhi Murti in Kolkata from 12 noon.   

The Election Commission late on Monday issued a notice banning Mamata from campaigning till 8pm on Tuesday.
