'Ujda Chaman' filmmaker Abhishek Pathak who earlier filed a petition in Bombay High court has now moved the Supreme court demanding to stall the release of Ayushmann's 'Bala'. According to a report, citing copyright infringement, the filmmaker in his petition has demanded the similarities between the storylines of 'Bala' and 'Ujda Chaman' should be resolved before Ayushmann's film is allowed to release on November 7. Reportedly the court will hear the matter on November 4 after which the release date of the film might change.
