UAE Green Visa is the latest offering from the middle east country to attract foreign investors. So if you are looking to move to Dubai you don't need a company to sponsor you anymore.

What is a UAE 'Green Visa'?
“Green Visas” will allow non UAE residents to apply for work without being sponsored by an employer. This is  targeting investors and highly skilled workers as well as top students and graduates

Benefits of a Green Visa
Green visa holders will be able to sponsor their parents and children up to the age of 25 on their permits.

Boost for foreign workers

UAE government will also allow people who’ve lost their jobs to remain in the country for up to 180 days, a major incentive as most visas are tied to employment contracts.

The big push for foreign investors

The UAE is seeking 550 billion dirhams ($150 billion) of inward foreign investment over the next nine years and aims to be among the 10 biggest global investment destinations by 2030, UAE Economy Minister Abdulla bin Touq said.

Foreigners account for 90 percent of the 10 million population in the UAE, the Arab world's second-largest economy after neighbouring Saudi Arabia.
