WarnerMedia has announced its decision to discontinue its film and entertainment channels HBO and WB in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Maldives from December 15.
Issuing a statement, the company said it decided to close the channels due to a dramatic market shift in the pay of the TV industry.
WarnerMedia will continue to offer Pogo and Cartoon Network in India and distribute CNN International.
