Their technology is distributed across partner stores, restaurants and cafe's which also grow mushrooms with the same technique. The indoor farms allow mushrooms to be grown anywhere within automated settings with climate controls and humidity levels. They grow a wide range of mushrooms like oyster and lion's mane. The farms look like museums with mushrooms lit in bright lights, in the shelves. The idea is to promote more sustainable methods of growing mushrooms.
