Nikita Jacob gets 3-week transit bail from Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted transit anticipatory bail to lawyer-activist Nikita Jacob for three weeks in connection with FIR by Delhi police in the Google Toolkit case on farmers protest.

According to the Delhi police, climate change activist Disha Ravi, along with Jacob and Beed engineer Shantanu Muluk, created the "toolkit" related to the farmers' agitation which was shared by activist Greta Thunberg.

Disha Ravi is in custody, while Shantanu was granted 10-day transit anticipatory bail by the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court, on Monday.
