The home has been listed on Sotheby's International Realty, which states that it was "custom-built for privacy, where unspoiled natural beauty, sweeping mountain vistas and outdoor recreation abound".
It's also the same place from where Cruise and Katie Holmes shared the first photographs of their daughter Suri.
The estate boasts of warm wood as its interior, has a lot of forested trails and scenic views.
