TikTok, Toutiao owner Bytedance now the world's most valuable startup

Bytedance, the startup that owns popular karaoke app TikTok and Chinese news aggregator Toutiao, has now become the world's most valuable startup. With a fresh $3 billion round of investment, it's overtaken Uber's most recent $72 billion figure to touch the $75 billion mark.
