To embrace the festive spirit, IndiGo airlines said it is celebrating Durga Puja at six airports from the 21st till the 27th of October.
From the famous Dhunuchi dance to Sindoor Khela, the six airports celebrating include Kolkata, Silchar, Guwahati, Bagdogra, Agartala and Jorhat.
In addition, as a part of the 6E tiffin, a special Bengali food menu has also been introduced exclusively on flights from Kolkata. The initiative is a part of its India by IndiGo campaign that aims to promote Indian culture.
Announcements will be made in Bengali and the staff will don traditional Puja clothes, as per IndiGo's statement.
