The first-ever Michelin Cuisine Guide has just been launched

In a first, Michelin has released a new guide of the best restaurants across the world for Cantonese food. It's the first time that a cuisine has been covered instead of a geographical location. The Michelin Guide Fine Cantonese Food includes restaurants from 15 countries. Asia tops the list with the most number of starred Cantonese restaurants. Celebrated restaurants like The Eight in Macau and Lung King Heen in Hong Kong are on the list.
