Xiaomi has announced a new affordable smartphone in India, the Redmi 9i. It features a 6.53-inch HD+ display and is powered by a Helio G25 chipset, coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. There’s a single 13-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel selfie shooter and a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging. The Redmi 9i is priced at ₹8,299 for the base 4GB+64GB model and will go on sale from September 18.
