Xiaomi India has announced a 10-day customer service summer camp for its users.
From June 1-10, 2023, over 1,000 Xiaomi authorised service centres will be actively participating in the camp.
As part of this initiative, Xiaomi aims to provide several benefits to consumers, including free phone health check-ups, waived labour charges for battery replacement and software updates, and up to 50 percent off on battery replacement for selected models.
Display replacement and other services will, however, incur charges.
Users can visit their nearest Xiaomi authorised service centre to take advantage of these benefits for their Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones.
This campaign reflects Xiaomi's dedication to delivering a seamless and convenient experience to its customers while strengthening its customer support services.
