WhatsApp now lets you edit sent messages

WhatsApp has announced a new feature that allows users to edit sent messages, giving them more control over their chats.

Users can correct spelling mistakes or add extra context to messages by long-pressing on a sent message and choosing "Edit" from the menu within 15 minutes of sending.

The edited message will be marked as edited without showing the edit history.
