According to a new report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature that will allow users to send photos in their original quality. This feature is expected to include a settings icon that will allow users to choose the picture quality within the drawing tool. It will give users more control over the photo quality and eliminating the need for other methods of sharing media.
It is worth noting that the current version of WhatsApp allows users to share HD Photos in the settings with options for Automatic, best quality, and data saver. However, it does not allow users to share photos in their original quality as they are compressed.
