Sony held their PlayStation Showcase on Wednesday, unveiling 10 minutes of gameplay for the highly anticipated Spider-Man 2 video game for the first time. Fans were also treated to a brief glimpse of the game's main antagonist, Kraven the Hunter. The gameplay trailer depicts an angrier Peter Parker in the black symbiote costume teaming up with Miles Morales to take on Kraven and prevent him from kidnapping Dr Curt Connors. Venom is also expected to appear at some point in the game. Players can alternate between Peter and Miles in the game, each with their own unique skills. For example, players will be pleased to hear that Miles has underarm web wings that allow him to quickly glide throughout New York City. The game is being developed by Insomniac Games and takes place after the 2018 Spider-Man video game. It is a PlayStation 5 exclusive set to be released this autumn.
