Samsung has begun mass production of its new 200MP camera sensor, the ISOCELL HP2. This sensor will likely be featured in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, set to launch on February 1st. The sensor has advanced technology for better mobile image quality without larger camera bumps. It includes pixel-binning technology that adapts to lighting levels and Dual Vertical Transfer Gate technology which improves color reproduction and reduces overexposure.
