As per a new report, the Oppo Pad Air has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), which implies that it may be launched in India very soon. This will be Oppo’s first tablet to launch in India.
The Pad Air will be a mid-range tablet which features a 10.36-inch IPS LCD display with 60Hz refresh rate, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, 6GB of RAM, an 8MP main camera, a 5MP front camera, and a 7,100mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
On the software front, it will be powered by Android 12 with ColorOS for Pad skin on top, and there will be certain tablet-specific software features on this device.
In Europe, this tablet is priced at EUR 180, which is approximately Rs 15,000. How Oppo prices it in India remains to be seen.
The Realme Pad, which is priced between Rs 13,999 to 17,999, should be the main rival of this upcoming tablet from Oppo.
