Xiaomi has unveiled its latest offerings, the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphones, at a global launch event held in Berlin.

Design and Features

Both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphones boast an eye-catching design. They feature a rectangular camera island on the rear, adorned with the prestigious Leica branding.

With the Leica Imaging Engine, users can expect improved camera performance. The smartphones are equipped with Xiaomi Imaging Engine technology, further enhancing the quality of camera outputs.

Enhanced Specifications

The Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro share an identical design. However, there is a significant difference under the hood – the chipsets.

The Pro variant, based on the Redmi K60 Ultra recently released in China, features the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Ultra processor.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 13T is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor. Both smartphones promise exceptional performance and deliver a premium user experience.

Extended Software Support

In a bid to compete with other Android manufacturers, Xiaomi has pledged extended software support for both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro.

Users can expect to receive at least four major Android updates and five years of security updates. This commitment is aimed at offering an enhanced and up-to-date user experience.

Pricing and Availability

The vanilla Xiaomi 13T, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at approximately €649 (roughly ₹57,400).

It is available in Meadow Green, Black, and Alpine Blue colour options, though local prices may vary. The Xiaomi 13T Pro, featuring 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at around €799 (approximately ₹70,700).
