The smartphone world is eager for the new Vivo S18 and Vivo S18 Pro. After launching the Vivo X100 series, Vivo's next step is in the mid-range market. These new phones will take over from the Vivo S17 series. We got a sneak peek at their features thanks to a leak on Weibo by WhyLab.

Vivo S18 and S18 Pro specifications (Leaked)

From a leaked presentation slide, we know the Vivo S18 will have the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. This is exciting because it's a powerful chip for a mid-range phone. The same chip is in the Honor 100.

The Vivo S18 might come with RAM options of 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB, and storage choices of 256GB or 512GB. It's likely to have an OLED screen with a very bright display of 2,800nits and a small cutout for the front camera. A big 5,000mAh battery is also expected.

The Vivo S18 Pro will be a bit different. It's rumoured to have the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, which is usually seen in high-end phones. Other than that, it will share many features with the Vivo S18, like the display, battery, and storage options. Both models might support fast charging at 80W.

The Vivo S18 Pro stands out with its 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor, similar to what's in the Vivo X100. It's also expected to support Wi-Fi 7, offering better internet connectivity. The Vivo S18 series could be released globally as the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro.

Details about the launch date and price of the Vivo S18 series are still unknown. However, as we move forward, we expect to learn more about these exciting new phones from Vivo.
