Simplifying Communication with Bixby Text Call

Alongside Bixby Cricket, Samsung has also launched the Bixby Text Call feature in India. This feature, which was initially introduced earlier this year, is a new way to communicate using Samsung’s A, S, and Z series devices.

It allows users to handle phone calls by texting instead of speaking. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use Bixby Text Call:

1. When you receive a call, the Bixby text call option will appear on your screen. To use this feature, tap on the Bixby text call option.
2. Once you tap it, a new screen will show up with a green icon. Swipe up on this icon to start the text call.
3. Bixby will then inform the caller that they are communicating through an automated voice system. Bixby will ask the caller for their name and the reason for their call.
4. You will see the conversation transcribed on your screen. This allows you to read what the caller is saying and respond accordingly.
5. You can either choose a quick response from the given options or type your own reply.
6. If at any point you want to switch to a voice call, you can simply tap the “voice call” option at the top of the screen.
