Samsung has officially started selling the Galaxy A27 5G in India, following its recent launch. The new mid-range smartphone is now available through Samsung's official online store, offline retail outlets, partner stores and other leading e-commerce platforms.
The Galaxy A27 5G arrives in three colour options, including Light Green, Light Pink and Black. Customers can choose between three storage configurations, while Samsung is also offering cashback benefits and financing schemes to make the device more accessible.
The Galaxy A27 5G is available in three variants. The base 6GB + 128GB model carries an effective price of ₹28,999 after a cashback of up to ₹3,000. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at ₹31,999, while the top-end 8GB + 256GB model costs ₹37,499 under the same promotional offer.
Alongside the cashback offer, Samsung is also providing zero down payment financing schemes for eligible customers. The smartphone is available through Samsung.com, Samsung Experience Stores, authorised retail partners and other online platforms across the country.
The Galaxy A27 5G features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and protection from Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
For photography, the device packs a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation, a 5-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, Samsung has equipped the phone with a 12-megapixel selfie camera. The camera system also supports AI-powered editing tools such as Object Eraser, Edit Suggestions and My Filter, while the primary camera can record videos in up to 4K resolution.
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy A27 5G with several AI-powered features, including Circle to Search with Google, Voice Transcription in 22 languages, Google Gemini integration and Perplexity support. The device also includes Bixby for natural language voice controls and Live Transcription for phone calls in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and comes with Samsung Knox security. Samsung has also committed to six years of Android OS and security updates for the Galaxy A27 5G. Additionally, Samsung Wallet supports Tap & Pay, UPI transactions and secure storage for digital documents and IDs.
