Oppo has confirmed that its new Find N3 Flip foldable smartphone will launch in India on October 12, 2023.
It will compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.
When it comes to size, the Find N3 Flip offers convenience in spades. Folded, it takes up no more space than half of a typical smartphone. Weighing in at 198g and measuring 7.79mm in thickness (when open), this phone promises portability without compromising on features.
A standout upgrade is the hinge mechanism. Oppo has innovatively transitioned from the single friction plate of its predecessor to a dual friction plate setup in the Find N3 Flip.
This enhancement ensures increased FlexForm stability, granting users the flexibility to position their phone at various angles.
Complementing its design is the introduction of an Alert Slider, a nifty feature that lets users swiftly switch between Silent, Vibrate, and Ring modes without needing to open the phone. As for aesthetics, it's available in two sophisticated colours: Cream Gold and Sleek Black.
The phone's 6.8-inch display, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 403 ppi, is geared for optimal visual experience.
Additionally, to cater to the increasing screen time trends, it comes with TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care certification. The foldable screen is innovatively designed with a stainless steel mesh matrix to minimise any visible creases.
Adding to its array of features is a 3.26-inch vertical outer display, enhancing user accessibility. This screen now supports a wider array of apps, while also offering a range of customization options.
On the photography front, the Find N3 Flip doesn't disappoint. Its triple rear camera setup is a pioneering feature in flip phones, especially with Oppo's collaboration with camera titan Hasselblad, ensuring stellar photo quality.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset. Paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and a whopping 512 GB of storage, it promises seamless operation.
And to keep it running, the phone boasts a 4,300 mAh battery, coupled with fast charging capabilities, ensuring users stay connected. The phone runs on ColorOS 13.2, based on the Android 13 platform, ensuring up-to-date software features and security.
