The OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R smartphones have been launched in India. Both come with flagship-grade specifications.

OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R price in India, sale date

  • The OnePlus 12 price in India starts at ₹64,999 in India and goes up to ₹69,999.
  • The OnePlus 12R price in India starts at  ₹39,999 in India and goes up to ₹45,999.

The OnePlus 12 will be available for purchase from January 30, 2024, while the 12R will go on sale from February 6, 2024. Both will be sold via Amazon India, Vijay sales and OnePlus’ official retail channels.

OnePlus 12 specifications

The phone sports a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display, boasting 1 billion colours, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision for an immersive viewing experience.

It achieves brightness levels up to 4500 nits at peak, with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels for sharp, detailed visuals, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Under the hood, it runs on Android 14, with OxygenOS 14. It's powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU and Adreno 750 GPU, ensuring smooth performance across applications and games.

Memory options are generous, without card slot expansion, offering up to 512GB storage and 16GB RAM on the highest variant.

Photography is a strong suit, with a triple main camera setup including a 50MP wide, 64MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultrawide lens, complemented by Hasselblad Color Calibration for true-to-life colours.

It can record videos up to 8K resolution. The selfie camera isn't shy either, with a 32MP wide lens capable of 4K video, ensuring your selfies and video calls are crystal clear.

The battery life promises to be great with a 5400mAh battery, supporting 100W wired charging that can power up the phone fully in just 26 minutes, and 50W wireless charging completes in 55 minutes. It even offers 10W reverse wireless charging.

It features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, boasting 1 billion colours, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision.

This ensures vivid and smooth visuals, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The screen's resolution stands at 1264 x 2780 pixels, providing sharp image clarity with a ~450 ppi density.

Running on Android 14 with OxygenOS 14, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 740 GPU for top-notch performance.

It doesn't support expandable memory but offers a solid 256GB of internal storage, with options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and ample space for apps and media.

The main camera setup includes a 50MP wide lens, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens, equipped with OIS and capable of shooting up to 4K video.

This trio caters to a wide range of photography needs, from detailed landscapes to close-up shots. The 16MP wide selfie camera, with HDR, ensures your self-portraits are bright and clear.
