Lenovo has officially entered the handheld gaming market in India with the release of the Lenovo Legion Go. Initially unveiled for global markets in September 2023, this powerful device is now available to Indian gamers.
The Lenovo Legion Go is priced at Rs 89,990 and will be available for purchase starting in July on Flipkart, the Lenovo India e-Store, and select Lenovo-exclusive stores. To sweeten the deal, Lenovo is offering a free one-year accidental damage protection plan and a screen protector with every purchase.
The Legion Go boasts an 8.8-inch IPS touchscreen display with QHD resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, promising immersive visuals for gamers. Under the hood, it's powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor with AMD RNDA Graphics, paired with 16GB of RAM for exceptional performance.
The device is equipped with a 49.2Wh battery and supports power bypass mode to prolong battery life during extended gaming sessions. A unique feature is the 79-blade liquid crystal polymer fan, designed to operate quietly at under 25dB in Quiet Mode.
The TrueStrike detachable controllers offer Hall effect joysticks, a trackpad, a D-pad, an angled mouse wheel, and 10 mappable buttons, triggers, and grips for precise control. The power button features RGB lighting that corresponds to the fan mode, and the console itself has customizable RGB rings around the joysticks.
