The design of the iQOO 12 Pro's BMW M Motorsport edition has been officially unveiled by the company.
In a recent Weibo post, an iQOO official showcased the design of the upcoming Pro model.
The phone sports a sleek white colour option with small stripes of BMW colors - blue, black, and red - engraved in the bottom left corner of the back panel.
The camera island on the back features a distinctive inscription claiming zooming capabilities of up to 100x.
The iQOO 12 Pro is equipped with a powerful triple rear camera setup. The cameras are placed within a slightly raised rectangular camera module with rounded edges.
The LED flash unit is positioned outside the camera island, creating an interesting vertical arrangement. This design element not only enhances the visual appeal but also ensures functionality and convenience.
According to reliable sources, the iQOO 12 Pro is expected to come with impressive camera specifications. The primary camera will feature a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor.
Additionally, it will have a periscope telephoto lens that offers up to 3x optical zoom and an incredible 100x digital zoom capability.
The phone will boast a primary OmniVision OV50H sensor and a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor, both accompanied by a 15mm ultrawide lens.
As revealed earlier, the iQOO 12 series models will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, ensuring a smooth and powerful performance.
This chipset is known for its industry-leading processing power and energy efficiency, providing users with a seamless experience, whether it’s gaming, multitasking, or running resource-intensive applications.
The iQOO 12 lineup is expected to feature Samsung E7 AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2K. This high-resolution display will offer stunning visuals and vibrant colours.
Notably, the devices are expected to support gaming at up to 144 frames per second (fps), making them ideal for gaming enthusiasts.
Popular games like PUBG Mobile, PUBG New State, Genshin Impact, and League of Legends Mobile will be optimized to make the most of the iQOO 12 series' gaming capabilities.
The base iQOO 12 model is rumored to be backed by a robust 4,880mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging.
On the other hand, the iQOO 12 Pro is expected to feature a larger 4,980mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support along with the added convenience of 50W wireless charging.
