Jabra, at InfoComm India 2026 in Mumbai, showcased a new range of workplace collaboration products, including its Evolve3 headsets and PanaCast U30 video conferencing bar. The company’s pitch was clear: as voice-based AI tools become increasingly common at work, the quality of the hardware handling conversations will matter just as much as the software.

The event, held at Jio World Convention Centre from September 16 to 18, brought together more than 13,000 business attendees from 49 countries, according to Jabra. The brand used the platform to demonstrate how its audio and video products are being positioned for AI-led meetings, hybrid work and smaller office spaces.

Jabra’s Evolve3 Headsets Put Voice AI At The Centre

The headline products at Jabra’s booth were the Evolve3 75 and Evolve3 85, two professional headsets designed for calls, music and voice interactions with generative AI assistants.

Both headsets use Jabra ClearVoice, an AI-powered voice-processing system that the company says was trained on 60 million sentences. Its job is to separate the speaker’s voice from background chatter, keyboard noise and other distractions, which could prove particularly useful in busy offices or homes that double up as workspaces.

The flagship Evolve3 85 uses an over-ear design with adaptive noise cancellation. Jabra claims up to 25 hours of talk time and as much as 120 hours of music playback. The lighter Evolve3 75 weighs 180g, gets an on-ear design and offers up to 22 hours of talk time. It also supports rapid charging, with Jabra claiming five hours of use from a five-minute charge.

A Compact Video Bar For Smaller Meeting Rooms

Jabra also showcased the PanaCast U30, a compact video conferencing bar aimed at small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. Rather than requiring a complex installation, it is built around a bring-your-own-device setup and connects to a laptop through a single USB-C cable.

The unit combines wide-angle 4K video, six microphones and an integrated speaker in one device. It is designed for rooms accommodating between two and 22 people, depending on the setup, and supports flexible mounting as well as remote management for IT teams.

The PanaCast U30 is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, allowing companies to use familiar meeting platforms without adding another layer of software. For smaller offices, that simple setup could be its biggest selling point.

Why Audio Hardware Matters More In AI-Led Workplaces

AI assistants are steadily moving beyond typing prompts into meetings, calls and day-to-day work. That means poor microphones, inconsistent noise cancellation and weak video quality can become genuine productivity problems rather than minor irritants.

Jabra’s InfoComm showcase reflects this shift. The company is not merely pitching headsets for calls or cameras for video meetings, but hardware that can reliably capture what people say before it reaches an AI tool, colleague or client.

Whether organisations are ready to replace existing workplace gear is another matter. But as hybrid work settles into a more permanent rhythm, products that make meetings less fiddly and conversations clearer will have a far stronger case than they did a few years ago.
