International Yoga Day 2023: In celebration of the International Day of Yoga on June 21, Apple is incorporating the event into its Apple Watch Activity Challenge.

Users are invited to complete a brief yoga session, with a 10-minute workout recorded in Health-compatible apps earning them a unique award.

The Apple Watch features a built-in yoga tracker, guiding users through various poses and movements.

These yoga sessions can be accessed on the Apple TV, iPad, or iPhone through the Apple Fitness+ service.

Successful completion of the challenge will grant users four new mindfulness and yoga-themed stickers as a reward.

These fresh stickers will be particularly beneficial with the forthcoming enhanced sticker experience in iOS 17. Additionally, with the arrival of iPadOS 17, the Health app will become available on iPad.
