Google Chrome has announced the rollout of a new biometric lock feature for its incognito mode on Android devices.

The feature requires users to unlock their incognito tabs using their device’s fingerprint scanner or other biometric authentication.

To enable the feature, users can access Chrome’s settings menu, then click on privacy & security and enable lock incognito tabs.

This ensures that no one except the device’s owner will be able to access the incognito session after it is minimised.
