Artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT is in the news once again, after a student reportedly secured a scholarship at the prestigious Cambridge University with the chatbot's help.
An academic at the University of Victoria used ChatGPT to write a recommendation letter for the student, as per a report in The Atlantic.
The academic said that the letter written with ChatGPT's aid was the most "human and heartfelt letter" that he has written in a long time.
