Asus launches ROG Zephyrus G16 gaming laptops in India: OLED displays and powerful specs

Asus has expanded its gaming lineup in India with the introduction of several new products, aiming to cater to a wide range of gamers. Among the highlights are the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16, the company's first ROG laptop to feature an OLED display, powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 processor. 

This launch also includes other significant models such as the Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 and the compact ROG G22 desktop, each designed to offer something unique for gamers at different price points.

Asus ROG Zephyrus G16, ROG Strix SCAR 16 and ROG Gaming Desktop G22: Prices and Special Offers

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 is now available for Rs 189,990, making it an exciting option for Indian gamers. The Asus ROG Strix SCAR 16 comes with a price tag of Rs 289,990, and its larger counterpart, the 18-inch version, is priced at Rs 339,990. 

For those interested in gaming desktops, the Asus ROG Gaming Desktop G22 is priced at Rs 229,990, with the G13 model available for Rs 139,990. Additionally, the Consumer Desktop S501 is offered at Rs 87,990.

To celebrate the launch, Asus is offering the first 50 customers who purchase either the ROG Strix Scar 16 or 18 and the Zephyrus G16 from the Asus e-shop or ASUS Stores a special deal. 

These customers will have the chance to get a TUF Gaming H3 headset for just Rs 1, by registering their device on the MyASUS app.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 stands out with its 16-inch OLED display, offering a 0.2ms response time, 2.5K resolution, and a 240Hz refresh rate. It's equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and an NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU, making it ready for AI demands. The laptop also features Asus's advanced cooling technology for optimal performance.

The Asus ROG Strix SCAR 16 and 18 are designed with gamers in mind, featuring up to a 14th Gen Intel Core processor and NVIDIA Advanced Optimus support. These laptops offer a peak brightness of 1100 nits, Dolby Vision support, and a 240Hz refresh rate, providing an exceptional gaming experience.

For desktop gamers, the Asus ROG G22 offers a compact yet powerful option, with an Intel Core i7-14700F processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card.

With these new additions, Asus continues to cater to the diverse needs of gamers, combining innovative technology with unique design to enhance the gaming experience across different price segments.
